The rent, except for different agreements, means per week, from saturday at 16:00 to saturday at 10:00. It's possible to agree arrivals and departures in different dates and hours.
To reserve an apartment is necessary to pay the 50% of the total cost of the stay. In case of cancellation the deposit of 50% will be lost. The remaining fee as balance must be paid not later than two weeks before the beginning of the stay.
The cost for the weekly rent includes electricity, water and gas consumptions.

The final cleaning is compulsory with a fee of € 40,00 for the studios, € 50,00 for the two rooms apartments, € 60,00 for the three rooms apartments, € 70,00 for the four rooms apartments. The cleaning of the stove, the sink and the dishes is a concern of the householder. In case of non-observance we will charge the double of the cost of the final cleaning.
You must deposit the garantee, of 200,00 €, cash money, at your arrival. We return the garantee at the end of the stay, previous control of the apartment.
The number of guests can't exceed the number of bed sites permitted except different agreement. For each added bed over the base number we will charge a fee of 30,00 €/week on may, june and september, 50,00 €/week on july and august.
We accept animals previous evaluation; during the reservation you have to tel us the number, the species, the breed and the size. They can't absolutey dirty the garden, not even with specific spade, and they can't go around free in the garden.
The owner don't assume any responsabilities for temporary break of public services.
