Are the apartments equipped with pot, dishes and glasses?
The apartments are equipped all you need to cook: pots, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cups, pieces of cutlery.
Are the consumptions incuded?
The consumption of water and gas are included in the price. The final cleaning and electricity is not included.
How much the final cleaning costs?
The final cleaning costs:
€ 50,00 for the two rooms apartment
€ 70,00 for the four rooms apartment
The cleaning of the stove, the sink, dishes and pots and the carrying off the rubbish are in any case an householder's must.
Is necessary to pay a garantee?
At your arrival you must pay a garantee of 200,00 € (cash) and we give you a receipt. We will give you back the garantee at the end of the holidays, previous evaluation of the apartment and its contents.
